Why is it that I am so young
Yet I feel already left behind.
I'm 17 and fear that I have created nothing to be remembered for.
The thought keeps me up at night.
As if if I don't sleep
I wont age.
But time moves on anyway
And I age another day.
In the grand scheme of life I have lived barely a fraction.
I am in a race for success
running out of breath by only the thought.
So I lose feel of my hands
And connection to my creations.
