Take me on a trip to the darkest corners of your mind I’ll show you that yours is heaven compared to mine. Tell me the things you never dared to say aloud. Show me the things of which you are not proud. We both have good and bad days don’t be scared, I’ll never judge. Lay out all of your cards while we play on the deck. Grab my hand trust that we will have a soft landing. Hum along to the rhythms we are making. All the things I’ve never said out loud no longer remain inside. I feel brave enough to let you hold my box of secrets. I don’t need to go searching for what we will be, only what we are in each moment. For that is enough for me.
